Our Team

Brian is a Polk County resident, born and raised in Lake Wales with deep roots in the Central Florida community. He moved to Lakeland in 2001 and built a career and a family here. Brian met his wife, Ashley, while working at Publix, and together they have three children: Michael, Samuel, and Eden. After buying, selling, and managing several homes and rental properties throughout the region, Brian and Ashley built their dream home on the outskirts of Plant City. Brian brings a leadership philosophy grounded in authenticity, accountability, and investing in people. He is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and applies that mindset every day at Pro-Spect. Outside of work, Brian and his family are actively involved in their church's Children's Ministry, where Ashley serves on staff. Brian enjoys time with his family and the many animals on their hobby farm.
