Meet the Owners
Pro-Spect is the passion project of Wes and Kristy Mast, two people who believe that where you live should never be a source of stress. Under their leadership, Pro-Spect has grown from a two-person operation into a team of 50 dedicated professionals.
It all started when these high school sweethearts married in 2003. Their love of family, adventure, and community kept them moving until 2021, when they put down roots in Lake Wales, Florida. Buying a home here gave them firsthand insight into the challenges Florida homeowners face daily. That experience became the fuel behind Pro-Spect’s Florida expansion, bringing the same trusted inspection standards they built over years of service directly to Sunshine State homeowners.
Kristy holds a Master of Education Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University, a foundation that shapes Pro-Spect’s culture of excellence and accountability. Wes brings a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Wilmington University, driving the company’s growth at a remarkable pace. Together, they also offer business coaching and consulting, giving back to the entrepreneurial community they’re proud to be part of.
